Drink Driving Nurses Representation We represent nurses and midwives at the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in matters relating to drink driving convictions from anywhere in the UK.

Nurses Defence Service (NDS) is led by qualified lawyers, who also trained to be nurses. We have significant first-hand nursing experience, and are aware of the situations that nurses and nursing associates face on a day to day basis in the workplace and elsewhere.

Our Service is a confidential one. We support nurses and nursing associates going through a variety of legal proceedings. We provide legal advice, advocacy representation in courts and tribunals, and can provide contentious and non-contentious legal services.
