Legal Training for Nurses
Legal Training for Nurses
Nurses Defence Service provides legal training services to nurses and to public and private organisations that employ nurses.
Our bespoke training can cover any area of nursing law. We explain legal concepts, underlying healthcare policy, and nursing practice issues in easy to understand ways. Alternatively, we can provide in-depth, detailed training with more formalised learning components.
We deliver training on topics relevant to UK generalist or specialist nursing practice. The feedback we have received from delegates and trainees has been very positive, to date.
We can provide as little as one hour of discussion based training, all the way through to several days training. We provide introductions to law and medical-jurisprudence seminars. We also provide speakers for short talks on the hot topics of the day, relevant to current nursing practice.
Nurses Defence Service provides lecture services, training, an seminars to nurses and employers of nurses, in a wide range of specialisms. Our lawyers have represented nurses in various legal disputes over many years and have a good understanding of the daily legal conundrums that nurses face.
